USS Arizona Memorial
Pearl Harbor is the number one visitor destination in Hawaii. The USS Arizona Memorial is where millions of people visit everywhere to see the place where World War II began for the United States.

Pearl Harbor Visitor Center
There are two free museums in the visitor center: the War Museum and the Attack Museum. The former shows how the Japanese came to attack Pearl Harbor, while the latter details what actually happened on the morning the plane arrived on Oahu. Together, they give a great overview of the big picture and help you understand the gravity of what happened on December 7, 1941 with regard to the attack on Pearl Harbor and the sinking of the USS Arizona. Both museums are free and no tickets are required.

Battleship Missouri Memorial
It’s officially called USS MISSOURI (BB-63). This battleship was built in the midst of World War II in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The Missouri is also famous for the place where The Japanese Instrument of Surrender was signed in 1945. Today, 4th generation of the Missouri is still active in the US Navy.
